AEM release 2.5.0 (6/29/2018) introduces a new feature for Social Media sharing properties, adds enhancements for News List component, updates to our icon library, and addresses a number of bugs. extends Tab component flexibility, brings modal popup image flexibility, improvements to print and mobile displays, and improvements to Global Navigation and header displays.

AEM release adds some fixes and enhancements to the image component including returning the default state to image popups to none (opt-in), more scalable sizes, centering, and a gallery option. Also several bug fixes and visual enhancements extends Tab component flexibility, brings modal popup image flexibility, improvements to print and mobile displays, and improvements to Global Navigation and header displays.

The AEM Author Community event was held via BlueJeans on April 13th and was attended by approximately 45 people. The highlight was a demonstration of updated image, tab, and accordion components by Senior Designer Zak Akin. If you weren’t able to attend, you’ll find a recording of the 45 minute session below.

This minor release introduced versioned CSS so that end user caches do not need to be cleared. IE 8/9 styling was fixed along with a few minor bugs.
