As visiting MD/DO students prepare to complete their time at Stanford, they're asked to ensure that their home school's clerkship evaluation form(s) have been given to the clerkship coordinator or director. 

On the last day of attendance, all photo ID badges should be returned to the Security Photo ID & Badge Office during their hours of operation.  After hours, students can drop off the badge in the black box located outside their office.
