RF Channel Data from Zucker Rat Model of Fatty Liver Disease
This dataset contains radiofrequency channel data acquired from a Zucker rat model of fatty liver disease. The dataset is acquired from Verasonics Vantage 256 research scanner in the livers of the rats. The channel data was acquired with multistatic (full synthetic aperture), Hadamard encoding, and conventional focused transmission sequences. Ex vivo measurements of the speed of sound and lipid fraction within the liver are provided.

RF Channel Data from Phantoms with Aberrating Layer
This dataset contains RF channel data acquired from phantoms (agar-propanol and an ATS 549) with different sound speeds. The phantoms have an aberrating layer composed of chicken or pork muscle on top of the phantom. The data was acquired from a Verasonics Vantage 256 research scanner using multistatic, Hadamard encoded, and focused transmission sequences with both curvilinear and linear transducers. The phantom and meat layer sound speeds were calibrated with a separate piston transducer. Most of the acquisitions contain a meat aberrating layer above the phantom.
