Hidradenitis Suppurativa Call for Proposals
One to three research teams may be selected in the area of patient stratification including digital phenotyping from e.g. EMR (or other clinical sources), computational discovery of pathogenic mechanisms, and patient and societal experience of disease burden (personal, economic), including digital patient generated health data (PGHD).
The Call for Proposals is open to eligible faculty PIs at Stanford at all professorial ranks.

- Pre-proposal deadline: January 22, 2021
- Optional UCB-Stanford Collaboration & Hidradenitis Suppurative Info Session: December 8, 2020 at 9-10am PST (see below for a link to the recorded webinar).
- Announcement of pre-proposals invited to Zoom "Pitch Review”: February 1, 2021
- Zoom “Pitch Review” presentation by finalists: March 9, 2021 at 8-10am PST note new date. The "Pitch Review" presentation will be a strictly templated brief PowerPoint presentation followed by questions from the Selection Committee.

- This word document contains an outline of the data that is readily extractable from the Stanford HS patient cohort using the STARR tools (https://med.stanford.edu/starr-tools.html). This data has previously been used by Kavita Sarin, MD PhD and her research team to conduct epidemiological studies in HS.
