One to three research teams may be selected in the area of patient stratification including digital phenotyping from e.g. EMR (or other clinical sources), computational discovery of pathogenic mechanisms, and patient and societal experience of disease burden (personal, economic), including digital patient generated health data (PGHD).  

The Call for Proposals is open to eligible faculty PIs at Stanford at all professorial ranks.

This data has previously been used by Kavita Sarin, MD PhD and her research team to conduct epidemiological studies in HS.
