The Translational Research and Applied Medicine (TRAM) Center is dedicated to fostering innovation and collaboration by removing barriers and communication gaps between scientists, clinicians, and researchers across disciplines.
Our initiatives include:
- Research Support: Providing state-of-the-art research facilities, such as the TASC Shared Resource Lab, and pilot grants to support translational projects led by faculty, clinical fellows, residents, and students.
- Education and Training: Advancing education through programs that offer tailored training opportunities to bridge clinical practice and research.
- Community Building: Hosting a robust series of seminars, workshops, symposia, and an annual retreat to promote knowledge sharing, collaboration, and mentorship.
- Focus on Translational Research: Engaging in all phases of translational research, from bench to bedside, bedside to bench, and extending discoveries to the population level for broad clinical impact.
The TRAM Center strives to be a driving force in translational medicine, enabling interdisciplinary partnerships and accelerating the development of innovative solutions to improve healthcare outcomes.
