Applications to the cardiothoracic imaging fellowship program may be submitted here. All applications must include the following supporting documents: curriculum vitae, USMLE/LMCC transcript, personal statement, photograph and three letters of recommendation.

Candidates must be eligible for California Medical License and be either board eligible or board certified by American Board of Radiology.

Candidates are interviewed during the second week of January. Candidates will be interviewed by three cardiothoracic faculty, two cardiovascular faculty and one of our current fellows for 30 minutes each. Each selection committee member interviews every applicant in order to elicit the broadest possible picture of each interviewee.

Further details will be provided along with the invitation to interview. Please plan to derive as much information as possible about our program on the interview day, as we cannot and do not grant "second-look" visits.
