We all experience occasional memory lapses, but how can we tell when these moments signal something more concerning? Gerontologist Sally Duplantier draws on practical case studies from the latest neuroscience research to help distinguish normal, age-related memory changes from the early warning signs of cognitive impairment. Explore the key indicators that set Alzheimer’s disease apart from typical aging and walk away with clear insights into when and how to take action if memory loss is a concern.
Sally Duplantier, MS is a gerontologist and Healthspan educator. Sally has a Master of Science in gerontology from USC and a certificate in Nutrition Science from Stanford. She is a featured speaker at Stanford University and the American College of Lifestyle Medicine on topics related to healthy aging.
