Improvements to DICOM image delivery

Many thanks to the STARR imaging team for the following improvements:

• Study description, series description, and protocol are now preserved
• Image files do not use DICOM compression, for compatibility with DICOM upload services used by clinical trial sponsors
• Better reporting on which images could not be supplied and why

Cohort Discovery: search for text in lab results

When lab results include text instead of or in addition to quantitative results, these results are stored in Epic as "comments."  You can now search the comment text for specific text.

For example, you can search for results of the "Fusion-STAMP NGS Panel" lab order that mention the ERBB2 gene by adding a text search clause for "ERBB2".

Cohort Discovery: bulk entry of diagnosis or procedure codes

If you have a long list of ICD or CPT codes that you want to include in a Diagnosis or Procedure constraint, you no longer have to repeatedly click the + icon and type the next code over and over.  Assemble your list with one item per line (or separated by commas) in your favorite editor, copy it (command-C/control-C for Mac/Windows), and click on the "Add Multiple … Codes" button.

Each of your codes will be added as an additional option, so the list "A, B, C" will turn into "A or B or C".  If a code is invalid or can't be found, it will be highlighted.
