You will need either a SHC User ID (SID) (ending in @stanfordhealthcare.org) or SCH network login (ending in @stanfordchildrens.org email) to access Cosmos at Stanford.

We also need your Epic UserWeb profile URL before we can ask Epic to provision your Cosmos account.

How to Create a UserWeb Account:

3. Sign on with your organizational login. If you do not yet have an SID, you may create a UserWeb account with your SUNet ID but you will still need to obtain either a SHC User ID (SID) or SCH network login to access Cosmos:

6. Once you have an active account as shown above, please send the URL to your UserWeb profile to cosmosteam@stanford.edu. Your EpicWeb profile URL is accessed by first clicking on "Edit Your Profile":

8. Copy your UserWeb Profile URL from the address bar:

Send your UserWeb Profile URL to cosmosteam@stanford.edu. We need your Epic UserWeb profile URL before we can ask Epic to provision your Cosmos account.

Once you log in, you can complete your profile with your contact info, title, etc. If you are interested in pursuing the Cosmos Data Model for Data Architects class, this will also create your profile to access the training.epic.com site for this training. Please wait until after you have been provisioned with a Cosmos account before signing up for classes.
