Missing IRB/DPA
There could be multiple reasons why your IRB/DPA is missing from the Compliance Summary table.
Invalid Credential
Invalid IRBs are hidden by default. If an IRB is missing from your list, please first uncheck the "Hide invalid credentials" checkbox on the left to make sure they haven't expired.
Recent Changes or Updates
If there have been recent changes to your IRBs or DPAs, click the "Refresh" button on the right side to update the table with any changes.
Still Missing?
If your IRB is still missing, it may not have a DPA. Please check that your IRB has a DPA associated with it.
There must be at least one compliance document that connects you to an IRB, or the system will not know you are associated with it.
