Our Approach
We utilize an interdisciplinary approach which combines tools of systems neuroscience with molecular biology, optics, and biotechnology in animal models and humans. We are focused on the inner ear because the majority of hearing loss originates in the inner ear.

Our current research projects are focused on addressing major unmet medical needs in four distinct areas.

Clinical Focus: hearing loss. We conduct clinical studies to guide future strategies for prevention and treatment of hearing loss
