Studying the Immune Response to COVID-19
The NCI-sponsored Serological Sciences Network (SeroNet) is the nation’s largest coordinated effort to study COVID-19.
One of eight national SeroNet Centers of Excellence, Stanford SeroNet is part of the nation’s largest coordinated effort to study the immune response to COVID-19. SeroNet is comprised of a national network of U54 Centers of Excellence, U01 project grants, and Capacity Building Centers that collaborate with the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research and the SeroNet Coordinating Center to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.
The network aims to combat the pandemic by improving the ability to test for infection, especially among diverse populations, and speed the development of treatments and vaccines.
