STANFORD BRAIN ORGANOGENESIS WORKSHOP

A hands-on workshop on human stem cell-derived, functional 3D neural cultures

This one week-long practical course will provide training to 24 participants in all aspects of 3D in vitro modeling of human brain development and disorders.

Topics include: human stem cell maintenance, generation and assembly of 3D neural cultures, quality control and assay implementation i.e. viral infection, genetic engineering, functional imaging, electrophysiology.
