OnCore introduces updated support model: dedicated team member for each department

Last year, the OnCore Support Team for Non-cancer studies expanded with the addition of Du Nguyen. Du is one of the points of contact for support questions as well as for OnCore requests, training, and other OnCore needs.

Du’s addition has enhanced the communication between study teams and the OnCore team, establishing more personalized support that better meets study team needs. Participant Bulk Load Service

IMPORTANT NOTES

Keep Study Status Current

Please be sure to update OnCore when a study opens to accrual.  Other status — such as closed to accrual or IRB study closure — should also be tracked. To update a study, simply submit a request via the OnCore Request Portal.

Remember to put enrolled subjects "On Study"

To count towards a protocol's Accrual to Date when tracking per-participant, a subject must be Registered, and placed On Study
