SMSA Reimbursement Policies
All reimbursements must be submitted to the SMSA Treasurer within 1 month of purchase. The reimbursement policies are set by Stanford University’s Associated Students of Stanford University (ASSU), the entity on campus that provides financial services to all student organizations. Reimbursements CANNOT be processed without the proper personal information and documentation.
