Eligibility

This program is designed for rising high school juniors and seniors. Based on availability, we will also consider college applicants interested in medicine as a field. 

Minimum age requirement is 16 years of age at the start of the program.

(NOTE: Unfortunately we are unable to accept any student under the age of 16.  Student must be 16 years old at the start of the program)

While this program is designed for the Tri-Valley community, you do not have to live in the Tri-Valley vicinity to apply!

Cost

There is a non-refundable application fee of $50.  Payments are made by credit card through the application website.

If accepted, there will be a program fee of about $4,500.  You will need to submit your RSVP and a deposit of $500 which will be required to hold your place.  Recipients of the scholarship will only be required to provide a $50 deposit to secure their place in the program.  This deposit is refundable at the start of the program.

Scholarship/Financial Aid

Details about the scholarship can be found in the application. Recipients will be announced on April 7, 2025, along with the application decision.

How to apply    

1. Start your online application here. Opens December 2, 2024.  Registration for a SlideRoom account is required.   

2. Submit your application by March 10, 2025.

3. Check your email on April 7, 2025, for notification of acceptance.

4. If accepted, you will need to submit your RSVP and a deposit of $500 will be required to hold your place by April 28, 2025.  This deposit is non-refundable.    Note: Recipients of the scholarship will only be required to provide a $50 deposit to secure their place in the program.  This deposit is refundable at the start of the program. 

5. You will need to complete a few more forms prior to the start date to actually attend (e.g. health information, waiver forms, etc.).  These documents and full tuition is due by May 16, 2025.
