• Pass Q6
• Advance to "clinical status" by the CP3 Committee
• Complete at least one of the following clerkships: FamMed 301A, Peds, Internal Medicine, Ambulatory OR Ob/Gyn

GETTING STARTED

2. Complete the electronic Pre-Clerkship Survey
3. Find a preceptor (see more information below)
4. Complete an Orientation Session with Dr. Chiang

  • Searchable list of previous Continuity Preceptors by clinical specialty
  • Stanford CAP profiles
  • Ask residents or fellows for recommendations
