Cost Savings Reinvestment Program (CSRP) Medical Director
The CSRP was started at the Stanford school of medicine/Stanford healthcare organization in Palo Alto. This program looks to improve the delivery of high-quality clinical care while reducing costs and improving efficiency. Areas of improvement identified, studied, and implemented by physician led teams, with a portion of the cost savings returning to the department to find a research, education, supplies.
