Congratulations to MD-PhD student Francisco Galdos on being named a recipient of the Harold Weintraub Graduate student Research Award for his PhD thesis work describing human iPSC-based modeling of cardiac development using single cell RNA sequencing, machine learning, and CRISPR-Cas9 targeting of fluorescent reporters. He has been invited to present his research at the annual Weintraub Symposium at the Fred Hutch Cancer Center in 2023.
