SEAL Process
At SEAL, we help clinicians turn ideas into products. If you have an idea for a digital solution for a problem you face while providing care, our team can work with you to define the problem, design a prototype, and test and implement the solution at Stanford Health Care.
Step 2: Design and Build
YOU will sketch out the design features and requirements of your proposed solution.
WE will hold design sessions with you to finetune the designs and features for your proposed solution. Our engineering team will then work with you to build the prototypes.
Step 3: Test and Refine
YOU will help test your app in the clinical care environment and promote your app among your department.
WE will work with you to pilot the app at SHC, gather feedback from clinicians, and refine the app based on user feedback.
