Within 5 business days you will receive an email notification regarding your e-Prescribe eligibility and instructions on how to enroll in DUO

2. How will medication refill requests be routed?

Refill requests for medications ordered during an Ambulatory visit will be routed to the encounter department’s e-Prescribe pool.
