NEW PATIENT REFERRAL: If you would like to refer a patient to our ILD clinic, please fax records to (650) 320-9443, or contact our New Patient Care Coordinator at (650) 725-7061. Please leave a message and we will contact you.

Urgent Phone Consult: If you are a pulmonary physician who would like to talk to one of the physicians in the ILD program regarding an urgent consult or another patient related matter, please leave your direct/mobile number (not a general clinic/hospital phone no.) after the message and one of our physicians will call you back.

If you would like be seen as a new patient at the Stanford Interstitial Lung Diseases Clinic, please have your doctor fax your records to (650) 320-9443. You may also leave a message with our New Patient Coordinator at (650) 725-7061 who will be working directly with referring physician offices to obtain these records. All new patient referrals are carefully reviewed and scheduled taking into account each patient's clinical needs and urgency.
