RSL Trainee Travel Award Program
APPLY FOR TRAVEL FUNDS
The RSL Trainee Travel Award is intended for eligible applicants to attend an in-person scientific meeting in order to present a talk or poster. To be eligible to apply:
1) You must be a RSL staff member, postdoc, graduate student or research affiliate with an RSL faculty advisor
2) You must first authored the conference submission.
3) Your RSL faculty advisor must be the last author; or second-to-last author for which the last author is a Stanford Radiology faculty member.
4) You must present your research at the RSL Group Meeting 6 months prior to travel or 3 months post travel. Please sign-up here
Students may apply for the travel subsidy once every calendar year and must submit award applications prior to attending the meeting. The award amount is $500.
This award gives PhD candidates and postdoctoral students the opportunity to develop their public speaking skills, to travel and network with like-minded peers, to disseminate information about their research, and to learn new ideas that could potentially and positively affect their research and that of others.
Please note that the application is considered pending until the applicant receives an email confirming that an award has been granted. In order to be considered eligible, the submission and approval of the award must take place prior to the start date of travel.
