2024 Young Investigator Award Receptient
Ates Fettahoglu been selected for this year's Alzheimer's Association®'s award for Young Investigators working with fellow members in CAFN and RSL.
His study, published in the Journal of Nuclear Medicine, developed and validated a minimally invasive quantitative CBF imaging method that can map cerebral blood flow in patients with dementia. Hs work enhances the multimodal characterization of neurodegeneration, advancing the development of clinically translatable tools that improve the characterization of dementia and cognitive decline. Ates will be joining the Stanford BMP program this fall. Congratulations, Ates!
