Order Sets Team

Problem

Order sets have been shown to improve patient safety and outcomes.  However, order sets at Stanford are underutilized at Stanford, especially in the Emergency Department.

Project Goals

We aim to identify the root causes of underutilization of ordersets, and to reconstruct them to be more clinically relevant in the undifferentiated patient in the ED.  We based our design off of a very successful intervention employed by CurbSideUp.com
