Clinical Trial Contracts that must be completed before Dec. 31, 2022

To ensure timely budget development and contract negotiation for industry-funded clinical trials, please note the following:

  1. The contract must be fully executed by all parties by 5 PM PST, Tuesday, December 6, 2022 in order to allow sufficient time to issue an Award Acceptance Notification (AAN) and establish the PTA and 98/Mnemonic accounts.  ORA has said that to issue an NOA by December 20 they must have “all necessary information” in SeRA from the department by Tuesday, December 13, 2022 @ 5 PM.
  2. If you are not already working with a CT RPM or CCTO Financial Analyst on a final budget for your industry-funded study, it will be extremely unlikely that we will be able to complete the study budget and contract before the December 6 deadline.
  3. Contact your CT RPM or CCTO Financial Analyst if you have questions about processing of clinical trials.
