To ensure timely budget development and contract negotiation for industry-funded clinical trials, please note the following:

  1. The contract must be fully executed by all par es by 5 PM PST, Friday, December 5, 2025 to allow sufficient time to issue an Award Acceptance No fica on (AAN) and establish the PTA and Hospital account. ORA has stated that to issue an NOA by December 19, they must have “all necessary information” in SeRA from the department by Friday, December 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM.
