Clinical Trial Contracts that must be completed before Dec. 31, 2024

To ensure timely budget development and contract negotiation for industry-funded clinical trials, please note the following:

  1. The contract must be fully executed by all parties by 5 PM PST, Friday, December 6, 2024 in order to allow sufficient time to issue an Award Acceptance Notification (AAN) and establish the PTA and Hospital account. ORA has said that to issue an NOA by December 20 they must have “all necessary information and approvals” from the department in SeRA by Friday, December 13, 2024 @ 5 PM.
  2. If you are not already working with a CT RPM or SCI-CTO Financial Analyst on a final budget for your industry-funded study, it is unlikely that we will be able to complete the study budget and contract before the December 6th deadline.
  3. If you have questions about the processing of clinical trials, please contact your CT RPM or SCI-CTO Financial Analyst. (Find your CT RPM & SCI-CTO Contacts).
