Training Components
- Didactics (i.e., allyship evidence & best practices)
- Small group conversations between physicians of different racial/ethnic backgrounds
Goals
- Increase allyship self-efficacy, particularly among non-minority physicians and
- Enhance culture of belonging and feelings of inclusion among faculty who are Black and from other historically URiM groups
This project is supported by Stanford REACH Initiative, and VPDoR Research on Racial Equity and Justice Seed Grant
