Linda Delilah Hinshaw-Kramm
Linda Delilah Hinshaw-Kramm was a true free spirit—wild at heart, endlessly curious, and deeply kind. She loved science, devoured books like they were lifelines, and was always reading—all the time! She was absolutely brilliant and never hesitated to stand up for what was right, consistently supporting causes that helped those in need.
Her career journey reflected her dynamic spirit—she worked for Gallo Wine, The Gap, and then spent over 30 years with IBM, where she brought dedication, smarts, and heart to everything she did.
Linda was married twice, experienced deep love and deep loss, and kept going with resilience and a spark that never dimmed. One of the greatest loves of her life was the Strawberry Music Festival—her sacred escape. For 40 years, she went twice a year, staying for 10 glorious days each time. It was more than just a festival to her—it was family, freedom, and joy. She became a beloved staple of the event, working alongside the team that brought it to life and dancing her heart out to the bluegrass and country music she adored.
She loved to dance. She lit up when the music played, moving with the kind of joy that could only come from someone who had known both pain and beauty—and chose to dance anyway.
Linda’s greatest pride, though, was her family. She had a daughter, Delilah, who was more than just a daughter—she was her soul’s sister, her best friend, her heart in human form. Together, they shared laughter, strength, and an unbreakable bond. Linda also had two grandchildren, Joseph and Jaden, who inherited her love of adventure and her passion for cars. Whether it was hitting the road or diving into a project, she passed down not just her skills—but her zest for living fully and freely.
She was kind, generous, and lived life on her own terms. And in the end, she made one final, powerful gesture of love: donating her body to science, so that others might live fuller, longer lives. Even in death, Linda was giving.
