QSU Policy on Post-Database Lock Timeline

As Data Coordinating Center, the QSU policy on sharing findings and results with Stanford collaborators and study teams is as follows:

The QSU will only not share findings with the internal Stanford clinical team for at least seven (7) days post-database lock. This is to ensure that the QSU has thoroughly validated the results prior to revealing findings and any internal dissemination with the internal Stanford clinical team. While seven days is the minimum, a longer period will be needed in most cases, before the QSU can share results with their clinical collaborators. Clinical validation of the findings must then continue for at least an additional seven (7) days internally at Stanford before any results can be shared externally (including sponsors, regulatory entities, etc).
