Dr. Desai is Kim and Ping Li Professor of Medicine, Professor of Biomedical Data Science, Professor of Epidemiology and Population Health; and Associate Dean of Research at Stanford. She joined Stanford in 2009 after spending 9 years on the faculty of the Department of Biostatistics at Columbia University.

Dr. Han is Associate Professor of Neurosurgery and of Medicine. She joined QSU in November 2015. 

Zihuai He, Ph.D
Assistant Professor 

Dr. Zihuai He joined QSU in November 2018. He is Assistant Professor of Neurology and of Medicine.

Maya Mathur is Assistant Professor of Pediatrics and of Medicine at the Stanford University Quantitative Sciences Unit.  

Yadira Peralta, PhD

Assistant Professor

Dr. Peralta’s  is Assistant Professor of Medicine and she joined Quantitative Sciences Unit in summer 2023. Her research focuses on developing and applying classical and Bayesian statistical methods to analyze correlated data in the behavioral sciences, specifically to gain insights into the development of cognitive or behavioral processes.
