Bo Gu, M.S.
Biostatistician

Bo Gu graduated from New York University with a master’s degree of Biostatistics. Before studying at NYU, Bo worked as data analyst in health-related domain. At NYU, he worked as a volunteer researcher at the department of Population Health, NYU Grossman school of Medicine. After graduation, He continued his research at NYUSoM as a research scientist until he joined QSU. Bo's research work focused on improving children and women health, the impact of environmental factors on health, clinical trials of treatment for COVID19, analysis of biomarkers and the development of novel statistical methods.

 

Methodology Area of Interest:  Longitudinal analysis, Messy data and Big data, Machine learning, Spatial analysis, Simulations.

Clinical Area of Interest: Oncology, Cardiovascular, Pediatric, Environmental health, Infectious disease, Biomarkers.
