ACF Appreciation Day

Our Psychiatry ACF Members, and Departmental Fellows and Residents are invited to an informal meeting and inspiring gathering. This is our Department's annual Appreciation Day for our ACF. The event will feature a guest speaker, (stay tuned for further information) and ACF Service Awards will be given to recognize service milestones in our Department. The event will conclude with lunch. This is always a highly anticipated and enjoyable event with an inspiring program and the opportunity to connect with fellow ACF.

The Nuts and Bolts of Clinical Practice

Our Council member, Alan Brauer, MD. has developed a practice survey in which all of our members have been asked to participate. Based on the information provided and interest shown by the respondents, the "Nuts and Bolts" seminar will include information on multiple topics including coding, insurance authorization, inter-referrals, HIPAA issues, office space, softwares available for billing/charting, telemedicine, YELP and social media, websites, etc. We look forward to an informative presentation and a lively discusion of resources for clinical practice.
