Anxiety and Depression Adult
Psychological Treatment (ADAPT) Clinic

At the Anxiety and Depression Adult Psychological Treatment (ADAPT) Clinic, all patients receive high-quality, individualized care. Our treatments are time-limited, grounded in research-backed therapies, and informed by the clinical expertise of our faculty. We prioritize tailoring interventions to each person’s needs and actively monitor treatment progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

The ADAPT Clinic has four psychotherapy-focused treatment programs. Following an initial evaluation to determine program fit, each patient is matched with a provider from our team of faculty psychologists and psychiatrists, clinical psychology postdoctoral fellows, psychiatry residents, or licensed social workers.
