- Head injury/concussion, traumatic brain injury

- Cognitive/memory changes or impairment
- Trauma (cognitive and psychological effects)
- Diagnostic issues concerning mood, anxiety, or thought disorders
- Differential diagnosis (e.g., psychiatric vs cognitive impairment)
- Adult Autism Spectrum Disorder (e.g., Asperger’s) *only in-house referrals are taken
- Adult Learning Disabilities (assessed if secondary issue)
