Lifestyle Psychiatry

The Lifestyle Psychiatry Clinic provides wholistic psychiatric care, psychotherapy, and health & wellbeing coaching that integrate mind and body. We use interventions including exercise, diet, yoga, mindfulness, and sleep optimization as primary modalities for patients to use in managing their mental health in addition to medication and/or psychotherapy. Patients should be interested and motivated to use these modalities in their daily life, with the goal of acquiring skills that they can continue to use and assume responsibility for their mental health.

This Program Provides

  • Medication management
  • Health coaching
  • Nutritional counseling
  • Mind-body practices
  • Supportive psychotherapy
