The Lifestyle Psychiatry clinic provides high quality care for people with psychiatric disorders who prefer to take an active role in their recovery through implementation of evidence-based lifestyle interventions. We also conduct research into the most effective methods for supporting health-promoting lifestyle change among various subgroups, and the most effective lifestyle interventions for specific psychiatric conditions, provide opportunities for the next generation of providers to train in Lifestyle Psychiatry, and provide leadership in the incorporation of lifestyle interventions in medicine across Stanford and throughout the world.

The Metabolic Psychiatry Clinic provides evaluation and dietary intervention for people with bipolar disorder and schizophrenia who have experienced significant weight gain.
