INSPIRE Clinic
Below is a list of current groups that are available for clients who are currently being followed within the INSPIRE Clinic.
If you are interested in any of these groups, please talk with your INSPIRE clinic provider (or reach out to them through MyHealth), to find out which groups might be a good fit for you and to request more information.
Boosting Mood and Mastery
Thursdays 12-1 PM via Zoom
Led by Grace Lee
This virtual group targets challenging experiences such as low motivation, loss of interest, and difficulty feeling positive emotions. These challenges can make daily life feel harder and get in the way of relationships, school/work, and overall wellness. This group aims to teach skills that can increase positive mood (enjoying activities that feel good) and mastery (building a sense of accomplishment from completing tasks, even small ones). Some examples of skills covered include savoring, gratitude, behavioral activation, and self-compassion- these skills can strengthen motivation, improve mood, and help reconnect with meaningful activities and relationships.
Family Workshop Series
Thursdays 12-1 PM via Zoom
This 9-week group-based workshop is designed for families and support people of loved ones receiving care at the INSPIRE Clinic. The series aims to foster community, shared learning, and collaboration around understanding psychosis and enhancing family support.
RSVP Required: Email Nuriya Hefron at nuriya23@stanford.edu
Important Notes:
- Participants must join within the first three sessions to take part in the series.
