Advisory Council

INSPIRE Clinic

Mission

We are a partnership of providers, individuals with lived experience, and their loved ones who have participated in INSPIRE clinic services. We work together to ensure delivery of evidence-based care and support the INSPIRE clinic in building programs that are responsive to both individual and collective needs.

Vision

We build awareness for those who may not understand psychosis and may not recognize stigma. By bringing expertise through experience, we provide multiple perspectives to improve the quality and scope of care and research efforts.

What is a Stakeholder Advisory Council?

The INSPIRE Clinic Stakeholder Advisory Council is a group of people with lived experience (clients and family members) receiving care through INSPIRE Clinic at Stanford.

What does an Advisory Council do?

We meet once a month to provide feedback and guidance to the clinic from a lived experience perspective. We share feedback on topics such as possible research projects being considered and areas of clinical need. We also work together to develop resources for the clinic.

What if I am interested in joining the Advisory Council?
