Rokeena Williams, CMP has a combined passion and dedication for meeting planning and continuing adult education at Stanford. She works closely with physician leaders, planners, and the healthcare community to provide CME opportunities that expand knowledge and enhance patient care under the JA and ACCME accreditation guidelines. She is a graduate of Indiana University with a Bachelor of Science in Tourism Convention Event Management and earned Certified Meeting Planner (CMP) credential from the Events Industry Council in 2018. Rokeena brings over ten years of experience in continuing medical education, meeting management services, operations management, project management, and customer service.
Rokeena is an active member of Meeting Professionals International (MPI), the recipient of the Indiana Chapter?s 2012-2013 Emerging Leader Award, and recipient of the 2014-2015 Member of the Year Award. She currently serves as a Committee Member for Indiana Chapter of Meeting Professionals International (IMPI), slated to serve at VP of Membership for 2018-2020, Volunteer Coordinator for Crestview PFA Board, committee co-chair of IUPUI Staff Council, Staff Development Conference Committee, and Committee Member on the Tourism, Convention, and Event Management (TCEM) Alumni Board.
