My research interests, as they pertain to this mission, are the surgical management of ventral hernias, minimal access surgical techniques, evidenced based surgery, surgical skills acquisition, and surgical education.

Jason T. Lee
Professor of Surgery (Vascular Surgery) at the Stanford University Medical Center
Current Research and Scholarly Interests Dr. Lee is the Principal Investigator on several clinical trials examining therapeutic strategies for management of complex aortic aneurysm disease as well as aortic dissection.
Dr. Lee’s clinical interests include:
•Endovascular repair of abdominal/thoracic aneurysms and dissections
Fenestrated and Branch Repair of the thoracic, thoracoabdominal, and abdominal aneurysms
•Thoracic outlet syndrome
•Vascular disorders in high-performance athletes
Clinical Instructor, Surgery - Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery
Bio Dr. Jennifer Lehnhardt is a Clinical Instructor in Hospital Dentistry, Dental Oncology, and Oral Medicine & Maxillofacial Surgery. Her focus is on maintaining oral health by offering education, as well as managing and treating the dentition and supporting structures. As a hospital dentist, she specializes in the surgical treatment of dental infection and trauma. She performs medically necessary dental extractions in the context of larger medical conditions, such as cardiac disease, radiation therapy, chemotherapy, joint replacement, or organ transplantation.
Dana Lin MD
Clinical Assistant Professor, Surgery - General Surgery
Bio Dr. Lin is a board-certified, fellowship-trained endocrine surgeon whose clinical practice is focused on the surgical management of patients with tumors of the thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal glands. After receiving her undergraduate degree from Stanford University, Dr. Lin pursued her medical training on the east coast, where she completed her residency in general surgery at Rutgers Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and fellowship in endocrine surgery at the Harvard-affiliated Massachusetts General Hospital. In 2014, Dr. Lin joined the faculty at Stanford School of Medicine and currently serves as Director of the newly established Parathyroid Center at Stanford.
Dr. Lin is dedicated to delivering expert, compassionate surgical care that is evidence-based, yet customized to the needs and values of each patient. Her particular areas of clinical expertise are in minimally-invasive parathyroid surgery, treatment of thyroid cancer, and laparoscopic adrenal surgery. Her research focuses on physician wellness and exploring its impact on the physician-patient relationship and clinical outcomes.
