Associate Professor (Research) of Radiology (Diagnostic Radiology) and, by courtesy, of Electrical Engineering and of Bioengineering
Current Research and Scholarly Interests I am interested in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) applications including cardiovascular, abdominal, breast and musculoskeletal imaging. These applications require development of faster and more efficient MRI methods that provide improved diagnostic contrast compared with current methods. My work includes novel excitation schemes, efficient imaging methods and reconstruction tools. Please see my research site (above) for most up-to-date information.
Professor of Radiology (Diagnostic Radiology)
Current Research and Scholarly Interests Imaging of cardiovascular diseases with CT, magnetic resonance imaging and spectroscopy
Professor of Radiology (Diagnostic Radiology) at the Stanford University Medical Center
Current Research and Scholarly Interests I am interested in the diagnosis and treatment of vascular malformations in both children and adults; all aspects of gynecological intervention, especially uterine fibroid embolization; and in the developing sciences of quality, safety, and radiology informatics.
Clinical Instructor, Radiology - Diagnostic Radiology
Current Research and Scholarly Interests My current focus is the development and clinical translation of advanced computational techniques for cardiovascular MRI, particularly the development of 4D Flow MRI for clinical use. This technology and those like it have potential for revolutionizing the current practice of cardiovascular MRI.
Clinical Assistant Professor, Radiology - Diagnostic Radiology
Current Research and Scholarly Interests Interventional oncology, pancreatic interventions, image-guided gene therapy.
