Current Research and Scholarly Interests My research focuses on issues such as blood pressure control, coronary revascularization, and the comparative effectiveness of cardioprotective medications in patients with chronic kidney disease, with the long-term goal of improving cardiovascular outcomes in these high-risk patients.

Current Research and Scholarly Interests Dr. Xingxing Cheng's expertise is in applying the tools of decision science to clinical practice and policy analysis. Her current research is in the following areas:
1) pre-kidney transplant cardiovascular screening;
2) change in physical function with and without kidney transplant;
3) ethics of kidney allocation in multi-organ transplantation. -
