Johanna Kim is the Executive Director of the Stanford Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Imaging, where she collaborates with thought leaders on the development and implementation of artificial intelligence to improve health. Her expertise lies in developing strategic partnerships, facilitating cross discipline collaboration, and directing research and clinical operations. Johanna’s passion lies at the intersection of medicine and technology, where she sees exciting possibilities to transform healthcare through innovation.Previously, Johanna held leadership roles in biomedical research, garnering extensive experience in launching organizations and programs from ground up, leading major strategic initiatives, and managing a comprehensive portfolio of cross-disciplinary projects and teams (finance, regulatory, operations, administration, and scientific).Johanna holds a bachelor’s degree in musicology and a master’s in public health with a specialization in epidemiology from UCLA, and a master’s in business administration from University of Massachusetts.
