Bio
I earned my PhD from the University of Manchester, England, where I developed novel pattern-based techniques for ontology engineering. I then continued this line of research at the University of Oslo, working on Reasonable Ontology Templates (OTTR), before joining Mark Musen’s lab at Stanford to apply my research in biomedicine.
Current Role at Stanford
I am a research engineer specializing in semantic technologies (ontologies and knowledge graphs). My work focuses on helping life-science practitioners and researchers manage their data.
