Bio As a neonatal hospitalist, I attend high risk deliveries where neonatal resuscitation is potentially anticipated, and care for infants in the newborn (level I) and intermediate intensive care (level II) nurseries. I am interested in high value care for late preterm and term infants, including evaluation and management for infants at risk for early onset sepsis.

Current Research and Scholarly Interests Dr. Joshi's teaching and research focuses on increasing knowledge and enhancing effectiveness of school mental health, pediatric psychotherapy and medication interventions. Areas of study include: the therapeutic alliance in medical care, structured psychotherapy interventions in school settings, cultural issues in pediatrics, and faculty development in graduate medical education.
