My career journey in the Department of Anesthesiology, Perioperative and Pain Medicine started in October 2000 working in various roles and capacities. Currently, as the Fellowship Programs Manager for the department, I am responsible for overseeing program management and administration of all ACGME accredited clinical fellowship programs, this includes development and implementation of policies, procedures, guidelines and program activities. My interests include finding ways to bridge gaps in fellow education by developing cross fellowship initiatives to align goals and policies through curriculum development, finance policies, wellness, and global health. I am passionate about mentorship for program coordinators and working on program development initiatives with our Senior Manager of Education, Dr. Candice Kunkle. I am committed to supporting fellows in achieving their academic and career goals while optimizing program efficiency and impact.
My personal hobbies include make-up artistry, hiking, walking, event planning, home renovations and spending time with family/friends.
