Application and supporting materials are to be submitted through ERAS.

Components of the ERAS application:

• Personal Statement
• Letters of Recommendation (3)
• USMLE or COMLEX Transcript
• Medical Student Performance Evaluation (MSPE or "Dean's Letter")
• Medical School Transcript
• ECFMG Status Report (International Medical Graduates only)
• *We can only accept US or Canadian citizens and Permanent Residents.
   

International Medical Graduates

Below are information and requirements pertaining to International Medical Graduates:

1. You must be Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG) certified. ACGME requires IMGs who enter ACGME-accredited programs to be certified by ECFMG. 

2. Your medical school must be recognized by the Medical Board of California. 

3. Accepted Visas and eligibility from Stanford GME office.
