Strong 365 is a public education project of One Mind Institute. Through its online resource hub, social networks and blog, the digital campaign seeks to identify young people in need of support for psychosis, and connect them to information and treatment earlier.

In Their Own Words: The most important feedback I have gotten from young adult peers, exposed to the site, is that “I don’t feel so alone, knowing others hear voices”. Another peer, not served by my team, told me that “It was very defeating to be told (by a professional) ‘you know the voices/visions aren’t real, just ignore them’, when I wanted to talk about the distress they caused me, I knew they weren’t real”. Voice Collective, while emphasizing that not all voices/visions are distressing, has extensive resources if the peer wants support. These resources are created by peers with lived experience.
