Compensation and Benefits
Salaries for fellows effective as of September 1, 2025 is as follows:

| PGY IV CIR/SEIU | $113,276.80 |
| PGY V CIR/SEIU | $119,558.40 |
| PGY VI CIR/SEIU | $124,280.00 |
Additional benefits (subject to appropriate taxes) include:
• Moving allowance (new hires only, moving at least 50 miles): $3,500
• Cell phone allowance: $1,000 per year
• Housing stipend: $12,000 per year (included in base rate)
• Meal allowance: $2,000 per year
• Educational allowance: $2,000 per year
• Vacation: 4 weeks of vacation with pay each academic year
• Cost of initial California medical license and renewal fees during fellowship
• Cost of initial Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) license and renewal fees during fellowship
• Medical, dental, vision, and long-term disability insurance provided

Department and Divisional Support
- Laptop computer given to each fellow to be used during fellowship (PC or MacBook)
- American Academy of Pediatrics membership
- Additional conference support
- Supplemental educational support
- Departmental educational funds to support the program as directed by fellows
- Reimbursement for Subspecialty In-Training Exam (SITE) fees
