Rotation Guide & Goals
The subspecialty of pediatric rheumatology oversees an extensive variety of systemic autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases of children affecting the musculoskeletal system, as well as other major organs such as the renal, cardiopulmonary, GI and central nervous systems. Residents can choose to primarily see outpatients in the clinic setting, or perform inpatient consults in the hospital with the on-service team, or a combination of both inpatient and outpatient as desired.
For general information about the Rheumatology rotation, please visit Red Team rotation website. If you have specific questions concerning the Rheumatology selective rotation, please contact Rotation Director Dr. Joyce Hsu
